Purification of Glia from Fresh and Fixed Mouse Brain
View in browser

i there,

I'm following up on last week's email regarding the WOLF G2 Cell Sorter.

You might be a bit skeptical, especially if you've never heard of us before, so I wanted to share an application note on how the WOLF has been used to purify glia from fresh and fixed mouse brain. Since neurons are fragile and can be activated by mechanical stress, the WOLF system gently sorts cells at <2 PSI, eliminating cell debris, enriching the target cell population, and improving viability.

Would you like to to discuss how affordable cell sorting can fit in with your current workflow? Is there anyone else I should send this information to?

I look forward to hearing from you if this sounds helpful!

Sincerely,
