Hi there,

I'm following up on my email about the WOLF G2 Cell Sorter.

You might be a bit skeptical (especially if you've never heard of us before!) so I want to share an application note on how the WOLF has been used in enrichment of memory B Cells for antibody discovery by successfully enriching live CD3- CD8-CD14-CD27+ cells from an average pre-sort target population of 2.4 ± 1.2% to a post-sort target of 81.5 ± 0.8% when using a starting sorting concentration of 1.0 x 106 cells/ mL.

The WOLF system gently sorts cells at <2 PSI, removing dead cells and debris for an enriched cell population that is healthy and viable with intact cell membranes, ready to be used in downstream workflows.

Visit our Antibody Discovery Application Page to learn more about how the WOLF G2 can support your research goals.

Would you like to discuss how cell sorting can fit in with your current workflow? Perhaps there is someone else I should send this information to?

Sincerely,
