Hi there,

I'm following up on my email about the WOLF G2 Cell Sorter.

You might be a bit skeptical (especially if you've never heard of us before!) so I want to share information on how the WOLF has been used in Cell Line Development by successfully depositing healthy cells into multi-well plates, resulting in more clones per plates for sensitive cells.

The WOLF G2 system gently sorts cells at <2 PSI, removing dead cells and debris for an enriched cell population that is healthy and viable with intact cell membranes, ready to be plated for developing clones.

Untitled design (1)-1

Sorting Single-Cell Suspension CHO Cells Optimized for High Outgrowth: This is a great example of showing how gentle cell sorting improves total outgrowth of CHO cells to an average of 93.4% with 91.0% of the wells containing outgrowth from a single colony after only one round of single-cell cloning.

Would you like to discuss how cell sorting can fit in with your current workflow? Perhaps there is someone else I should send this information to?

Sincerely,
