Hi there,

I'm following up on my email about the WOLF G2 Cell Sorter.

You might be a bit skeptical (especially if you've never heard of us before!) so I want to share an application note on how the WOLF has been used for intact nuclei sample preparation from frozen brain tissue by successfully removing debris and unwanted cells prior to downstream applications such as 10x Genomics single nuclei RNA-seq (sn-RNA-seq) assays.

The WOLF system gently sorts cells at <2 PSI, removing debris for an enriched free nuclei sample that is ready to be used in downstream single-cell genomics workflows.

Maybe you're using 10x single-cell sequencing in your workflow and want cleaner results? We collaborate with 10x Genomics, and the WOLF system is on their website as an approved platform upstream of the chromium.

Would you like to discuss how cell sorting can fit in with your current workflow? Perhaps there is someone else I should send this information to?

Sincerely,
