I noticed that your lab is working on developing cell lines. This might be challenging since you have to worry about sensitive cell lines, clonality assurance, cross-contamination, and difficulties with automated cloning methods.

Our WOLF G2 cell sorter can dispense a single cell per well gently and with high accuracy to ensure monoclonality. For example, with CHO cells, the WOLF results in up to 95% single cell deposition and better clonal outgrowth. This allows for more viable recombinant protein producing clones in comparison to conventional sorting methods.
